Juice Me Up 120 minutes |  $250 (includes Juice/smoothie)
During this two hour session we will focus on where you are currently at in your journey of life.  We will see where your body is holding any stress and look at a pathway that is needed for you to get on the road to Optimal Wellbeing.  While we chat confidentially about your nutrition, exercise and belief systems or traumas, we will do some activities to release any memory or stress on situations.  Then we will progress to therapeutic bodywork and Chakra clearing, and then complete your session with a grounding healthy juice or smoothie made fresh for you while you shower.

During your Talk Therapy session you are invited to sit with me while I brew us a pot of tea and we will talk about whatever has been preventing you from living an authentic and joyful life.  Within the safe walls of my beautiful studio, I will listen without judgment, bias or agenda. 
You may discuss anything that pertains to your own health and well-being, including issues such as sex and relationships, sexuality, sexual dysfunction or performance, work stress, bullying, depression, health issues etc. Together we can work out a plan to help you.

This one hour consultation includes a 30 - 40 minute Peyronies massage focusing on the trauma/scar tissue that has created the curvature of the penis.
