Join me on your one on one awakening retreat, where you may explore your fears, desires, and belief systems in a safe and supportive environment.  Connect with nature on the beautiful Mountain of Love - Mount Te Aroha so bring your walking shoes, walking poles, journal as well as an open heart and mind. 

Immerse yourself in experience, be guided on ways to activate your sensuality by exploring elements of ecstatic dance, sensual qi gong, kundalini yoga,  music therapy, chakra balancing, unwinding of the belly, tantric bodywork, Yoni Healing, Sacred Hot Stone Massage, Archetype and Astrology exploration plus much more.

Each retreat is customized to your specific needs with the intention of awakening and exploring your unique gifts.  This retreat is a great way to detox your body of everything that no longer serves you. By activating your self healing mechanisms within your body and listening deeply to it's wiseness. Your retreat will be structured to include lymphatic drainage, gentle movement, breathwork, mountain walks and healthful nourishing food.

Why is the Vibrant Woman Retreat  a One on One and not a Workshop?

I have always found "one on one's" to be the best way I have learnt from teachers, so this is the way I have chosen to present my offerings to you...

• Avoid getting hooked into another's experience:  I believe that your journey should be yours alone.  Participating in a workshop environment allows other participants to become enmeshed into each others stories and journeys, thereby disconnecting from their own experience within their bodies.
• It is personal and intimate: Exploring you is deeply personal and intimate and should be treated with reverence and sacredness. When working with one person at a time, you are able to dive deeper than you would in a workshop setting, I am able to progress as slow or as quickly as you need without worrying about leaving anyone behind or neglecting anyone else's needs.
• Holding Space is keeping you safe: It is impossible for one person to fully hold the space for multiple people at one time, therefore Workshop scenarios make participants responsible for their own well-being unless they have a carer for each participant.
• Utmost Confidentiality: Everything that arises or is confided is regarded as sacred and confidential, you may rest as ease that no part of your journey will be documented for another's perusal. There is no way your "stuff" won't get out in a workshop scenario.
• Ego has no place here: Being part of a one on one retreat allows for a completely egoless experience, no comparing with others or judging.  It is just you, me and God.
• Your needs and yours only:  One person, one experience, nothing unfinished or unexplored because of worrying about another's needs.
• Flexibility:​ Much more ability to savour each moment and go with the flow.
