Which Ayurvedic massage is right for you?
Come experience how our Ayurvedic Massage treatments can beautify you from the inside out...
I am so pleased to be able to offer 3 new transformative Ayurvedic Massages as part of my holistic offerings.
1. Kansa Wand Facelift Massage 1 hr
This is a stand alone session that will leave you feeling truly relaxed and connected.
2. Vatki Foot Massage 40 min
The soles of our feet can open the doors of our body’s internal pharmacy.
3. Ayurvedic Touch – a 3.5 hr Full Body Pampering
I have had such wonderful feedback from everyone that has received these beautiful Ayurvedic Massages, that they are certain to become a firm favourite with all my clients.
Most traditional ayurvedic massage uses ghee, to massage the body as it balances all three doshas. However, if you are booking in for the Ayurvedic Touch session, we will work out what your unique dosha is, and therefore create an aromatherapy remedy to suit your bodies needs, and this is what you will be massaged with.
We also outsource authentic herbal formulations from an ayurvedic supplier, therefore you do have the opportunity to receive your treatment specifically for the prakruti of Pitta, Kapha or Vata.
How can stimulating marmani make a difference to your health?
What are Marmani?
A marma is a vital energy point located on the surface of the body...
Ayurveda holds that a human being is not a solid, stable material structure but an ever-changing, dynamic collection of energy and intelligence in the larger field of energy and intelligence that is the universe.
As the body is alive and pulsating with energy, there can be innumerable “energy points” within it and upon the surface, but Ayurveda texts have described 117 major marmani.
These points are “vital” because they are infused with prana, the life force, and imbued with consciousness. Consciousness expresses itself in lively, concentrated form at these points. Thus, marmani serve as bridge or doorway between the body, mind and soul.
Varman is another term synonymous with marma. It is translated as secretive, hidden or delicate point.
How can stimulating marmani make a difference to your health?
What are the function of Marmani?
The function of the marmani during the Ayurvedic Massage...
Marmani facilitate cellular communication, serve as diagnostic indicators, and have a virtually unlimited number of therapeutic applications, including relief of pain, detoxification, and more…
The energy points have a wide range of functions that affect body, mind and spirit. Marmani also cleanse, pacify, rejuvenate, calm the mind and emotions, enhance awareness, and serve as vehicles of preventative care.
Marma points can be used both diagnostically and therapeutically. In addition to serving as junction points between mind and body, they can be connecting points between patient and healer.
Attentively listening to the subtle information the body offers, an Ayurvedic healer gains access to the state of balance or imbalance of a person. This can occur even when the patient and healer are the same person, for bringing attention to marma points can catalyze a self –referral healing process.
Activating these vital energy-rich marma points support the body’s perpetual quest for balance and healing.
Why is an Ayurvedic Massage such a great treatment?
Ayurveda is known to have existed 5000 years ago, and it is generally considered by many scholars and historians, as the oldest living system of medicine and health care in the world.
As the “science of life”, the focus of Ayurveda has always been on creating a balanced, vibrant state of healthy mind, body and spirit.
Each Ayurvedic Massage is tailored to a person’s individual constitution/prakruti.
The great thing about having an Ayurvedic Massage is that it targets the marmani on the body (similar to traditional chinese medicine, acupressure points) which gives direct and focused treatment, bringing about almost instantaneous results to areas that are holding blockages and pain. Ayurveda is all about balance and homeostasis, which means the results are longer lasting and more powerful.
What's involved in an Ayurvedic Massage
iNITIAL DOSHA ASSESSMENT…
Firstly, we start with a 15-questionnaire to ascertain your specific dosha/constitution. This will help us gather any further information that we can use to get you back on track with your health and wellbeing.
Most importantly, we will also talk about what has been happening in your world, including any medical conditions, injuries or allergies that are showing themselves.
HEART TO HEART CHAT ABOUT YOU
This is an opportunity to have an honest chat about your lifestyle, relationship issues, traumas or stress triggers, that you may currently be experiencing. I will also ask you which preferences you have for touch, and if there are any areas on your body that you feel need more attention, ie. back or feet etc
Then while you get ready to receive your Ayurvedic Massage, I create an immune boosting, ayurvedic aromatherapy remedy to be used in your treatment.
THEN THE AYURVEDIC MASSAGE CAN BEGIN…
Once you are settled on the comfortable massage bed, and the oil is ready and warmed, the session can begin. See below for more details on each ayurvedic massage.

Kansa Vatki Foot massage
The Kansa Vatki Foot Massage is our entry level ayurvedic massage.
It is a simple, drug free method for reducing stress and boosting the body’s vital energy (prana).
According to Dr Vasant Lad (a leading Ayurvedic physician), we can reduce stress, activate our immune system and heal our body, mind and consciousness through the simple act of a foot massage.
The soles of our feet can open the doors of our body’s internal pharmacy.
Because the feet work in conjunction with the legs, knees, hips and back, foot problems can lead to muscle tension in the body – especially the back, neck and shoulders. This can intensify fatigue and irritability.
The Kansa Vatki Foot Massage is a blissful relaxing massage that includes stimulation of the marma points on the feet and legs, using ghee and the Kansa Vatki Bowl.
It is perfect for those people that need deep relaxation, immune building therapy and pampering on a budget.
Kansa Wand Facelift Massage
Ayurvedic Kansa Wand Face Massage is a holistic rejuvenating tool to repair and lift the skin tone on the face.
You are invited to enjoy one hour of total relaxation while your face, neck and head receive a slow and precise Ayurvedic Kansa Wand Face massage.
Regular face massages lift and tone muscles, soften your features and keep you looking radiant with the renewed blood and oxygen supply to your face.
Kneading facial muscles brings nutrients to the treated area, helping the collagen fibres retain their elasticity. Stimulating the marma points and lymph nodes releases energy blockages and trapped toxins.
During this deeply restorative treatment you can easily slip into slumber while the customized blend of aromatherapy oil is massaged gently into your facial and neck muscles thereby balancing your doshas, relieving neck tension and headaches and detoxing your body and refreshing your spirit.

It is quite normal to feel vulnerable when receiving any kind of massage therapy. As a practitioner, I am acutely aware of the need to make my clients feel comfortable. I pride myself on having an easy going, non-judgmental manner that hopefully, puts people at ease quite quickly. I am sure you will love the experience of freedom that bodywork brings about.
This will depend on the session chosen. Therapeutic and Sacred sessions are full clothed. Certain full body massage/loving touch/mini-surrender or the longer tantric sessions that require two way touch or skin on skin contact for deeper intimacy may require a naturist approach. However the options will be discussed with you before the session begins.
Full Service (sexual intercourse) is not a service that is included in our practice. However we do believe that you may have a most enjoyable, liberating and fun time receiving the session that is created for you.
Mindful touch and total presence is encouraged during any full body massage/loving touch/mini-surrender or tantric session. However each person involved in the session (both client/s and therapist/s) will be encouraged to speak consciously about their personal needs/boundaries/fears/desires prior to the session commencing.
Yoni is a sanskrit word for Vulva/Vagina/Pussy – according to tantric philosophy the Yoni is the source of all that exists and represent Shakti and Devi, the creative force that moves throughout the entire universe.
Lingam is a sanskrit word for Penis – loosely translated as the Wand of Light that channels creative energy and pleasure.
Full Body Massage also known as Loving Touch or Sacred Sensual Massage. This is a sensual awakening session, in which the client is nude, and the entire body is massaged, including in men the penis and prostate and in women, the yoni and breasts. It is a complete massage with every body part included unless specifically requested otherwise.
A Stress Management Massage is a therapeutic bodywork experience that includes the whole body minus the genitals. It does however include breasts and buttocks, as well as reflexology to face, feet and hands and unwinding of the belly.
The Mini-Surrender session is a shorter, entry level sensation building session that allows the client to dip their toes into BDSM whereas the Absolute Surrender Session is a deeper dive that includes role play and significant fetish and fantasy implementation.
No, Kissing is fluid exchange, and a high risk behaviour that could spread STD’s. Therefore it is not encouraged. Unless of course you are attending a Couples Intimacy Session, then kissing is encouraged between people that share a fluid bond.
If you are feeling like it is time to start feeling great again and reconnect with yourself, boost your self confidence as well as your immune system, de-stress and receive some beautiful loving bodywork, I encourage you to call me to book some time to nurture yourself, so that you too may start enjoying your life with bliss, love & anticipation.
