My mission is to listen, support, guide, nurture and inspire men, women and couples to experience "juicy optimal wellbeing" through consciously created bodywork sessions, intimacy retreats and talk therapy.

After your massage, depending on the nature of the session you received, you may start experiencing shifts in your emotional well-being. You may question yourself, you may find yourself quick to anger, you may find yourself exhilarated and jubilant one minute and down the next. Please understand that this is quite natural. It is important to be aware of the tools that you will need to use to give yourself some time to process what has been unearthed in your session.
Below are some helpful tools to keep you logical and have clarity of thought:
Ground yourself in nature
Take barefoot walks on the beach, the grass or try forest bathing
Move your body
Dance, do yoga or gentle stretching, swim, hike, ride your bike
Mindfully, eat nourishing food
Create healthful, colourful and nourishing plant based meals, and take time to eat slowly and savour each mouthful, knowing it is nourishing you
Use your aromatherapy
Surround yourself with aromatherapy, bathe, massage or burn the essential oils to support you in body, mind and spirit
Make love with your partner or yourself, with no expectation, enjoying the sensations and the connection
Include breathwork into your everyday ritual, take deep belly breaths whenever you feel stressed or anxious. Try meditating and just connecting in with your breath
Don't forget the art of play. When the universe sees us having fun and playing in life, everything gets easier. Take time to play with your partner, your kids, your pets or all 3...and if you have neither of these, get out in nature and enjoy the feeling of the sun and breeze on your body
Journal to express, manifest & release
Write a list of all the things you desire for yourself. Breathe them, smell them, see them taking form...then release then to the Universe and let go
Be grateful and look for the gift
Stay focused, stay present and be grateful. At this moment in time, everything is as it should be. There is a gift in everything. Look for the gift
Surround yourself with positive people, distance yourself from negative influencers
As you start healing yourself, you will notice how the energies of different people affect you
Choice is yours at all times
Remember that you always have choice. Only you can choose to be happy or sad or reactive. Remember your inner warrior. You are the writer of your own story
